For the Chicago Metropolitan area (Including the following counties) Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Lake, McHenry, Dekalb, Grundy & Kendall the new FHA Mortgage Loan Limits are:

$410,000 One Unit
$524,850 Two Unit
$634,450 Three Unit
$788,450 Four Unit
